Skipfy is a white-label VPN client platform. We are committed to protecting the privacy of both VPN providers who use our platform and their end users. This policy explains what data we collect, what we do not collect, and how we handle the information we have.
Data We Collect
We collect only anonymous, aggregated analytics to maintain and improve the service. This includes:
- Total connection counts (not tied to any individual user)
- Operating system version distribution
- VPN protocol usage statistics
- General app version information
All of this data is statistical in nature and cannot be used to identify any individual user.
Data We Do Not Collect
Skipfy does not collect, store, or process any of the following:
- IP addresses of end users
- Device identifiers or fingerprints
- Browsing history or DNS queries
- Connection timestamps tied to individuals
- Personally identifiable information (PII) of any kind
- Traffic content or destination addresses
Data Storage
The aggregated analytics data we collect is stored on secure servers. We retain this data only for as long as it is necessary to provide and improve our services. Since the data is anonymous and aggregated, it poses no privacy risk to individual users.
Third-Party Services
We use Cloudflare for content delivery and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process connection metadata (such as IP addresses) in transit as part of its standard network operations. This processing is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy. No other third-party analytics or tracking services are used.
Provider Data
VPN providers who register on our platform provide account information (such as an email address) to manage their account. This information is used solely for authentication and service communication. We do not share provider data with third parties.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
