Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Skipfy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.
Service Description
Skipfy is a white-label VPN client platform that allows VPN providers to offer a branded iOS application to their users. The platform includes a branding system for managing branding, subscription keys, and analytics. Skipfy itself does not provide VPN servers or connectivity -- providers supply their own infrastructure.
Provider Responsibilities
VPN providers who use the Skipfy platform are responsible for:
- Operating their VPN servers in compliance with applicable laws
- Providing accurate information during registration
- Maintaining the security of their account credentials
- Ensuring their use of the platform complies with local regulations
- Managing relationships with their own end users
User Responsibilities
End users of VPN services delivered through the Skipfy app agree to use the application lawfully and in accordance with their provider's terms. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their subscription keys.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Skipfy to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Distribute malware or engage in cyberattacks
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the application or its services
- Resell access without authorization
- Engage in any activity that harms other users or providers
Intellectual Property
The Skipfy application, platform, brand assets, and all related intellectual property remain the property of Skipfy. Providers are granted a limited license to use the platform for distributing branded VPN services. This license does not transfer ownership of any Skipfy technology.
Limitation of Liability
Skipfy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skipfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Skipfy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
